i live in the uk , i dont know much about the law ,im worried that if i dont except the wrning the police will take to court the police officer was so nasty to me from the start even though i was in shock and feeling sick he was shouting and accusing me i only slowed down to take a bend as the road ahead is 40mph ,i could see the other driver was close to me a few times and when i looked in my mirror to slow down he seemed to of backed of , then sundddely he hit me any one can give me some advice on whether or not i should take the balme or fight it as im very scared and dont know what to do for the best
